Diamond Core Drill Bits, also know as Diamond Hole Saws, are used to drill glass, ceramics, porcelain, ceramic and porcelain tile, limestone, slate, marble, granite, stone, and fiberglass. Just add water for lubrication.

Core drill bits have a hollow center and cut a circle in the material to create a hole. This results in a hole the size of the drill and a smaller "plug" or "core" which comes from the center.

Diamond drill bits require the use of proper lubrication, correct drill speed and proper pressure. Drilling methods and techniques vary significantly depending upon the material being drilled.

SPEED KILLS:

Reduced drill speeds, low drill pressure and increased use of water lubrication will extend drill bit life considerably.
